Comments:

Rates the first few hours were great.  RU is always a blast with tons of
activity the first day especially.  Local band conditions were quiet with no
local rains; the only QRN trouble being a couple of unresolved power pole
problems left over from a lightning storm in Dec leaving a serious buzz on 80
& 40m.  Decent 15m openings both days but I did not see 10m pop at all here.
 Rates dropped to a crawl by the end of the 2nd day though.  Looks like there
was a lot of FT8 activity especially on 40m.
