Comments:

Hello from West Palm Beach.  I’m wintering here to escape the cold weather up
north. 
HOA restrictions prohibit antennas on bldgs and common areas. So next
alternative was to mount a whip on my car parked outside and run coax in
secretly. Easily done with good results. 
Rig KX3. 17 ft mfj whip, with Wolf River Coil.
