Comments:

About 15 minutes before the 1900 session started W2GD, K7SV and N5ZO all had
good signals on 15 meters. By 1900 W2GD was S3 and only other signal on the band
was K1EBY. Such are the whims of propagation. After 5 minutes and only 2 Q's on
15 I gave up and went to 20.
