Comments:

Like two weeks ago, I drove down from OH3BCX (80 miles). 
Sampled 1900Z CWT at mid-contest with the mobile whip on 
the noisy parking lot. Nil on 14/7 MHz. The 5 signals 
heard on 80 m (all about equal strength) were UR5MM, 
LZ1HW, OK1RR, G4NVR and DK9PY... Found that the K1EL 
keyer did not cooperate with the TS-480S KEY-input. 
Got a constant carrier output when plugging in. The 
PADDLE-input reacted normally, but there is no way to 
make legible CW by steering the dot-wire with CW.... 
Worked again the FT-818ND on the back seat on 28 MHz 
for 1 point (by whistling CW into the microphone)....
