I GAVE UP!  The new neighbor's plasma TV gives me S6 noise on 20, S8 on 40 and
-85dBm trash across 80 and 160.  I'm not sure how to approach the guy on this
issue, but this has to stop. Yes, it starts at 5:30 and goes away at 10:30 PM.
