Comments:

Dead car battery due to the weekend-freeze. 
Fortunately I have 3 spares in the foot-space 
of the back-seats (for mobile operating)... 
Lacking proper tools replacing of the battery 
took time, so first CWT QSO happened at 1323Z. 
Spent 15 rounds in the N5AW-pileup, but no QSO. 
USA was overall weak, most with an echo. Skip 
range was about 2000 km, cutting out half of 
Britain... A short listen on 7 MHz at 1357Z 
showed a couple of signals. Instead worked 
G4DYC G4NVR on 14 MHz for the last ones...
