Comments:

Getting better.  Line voltage is back where it belongs.  The storms seem to have
cleared up my line noise.  Now, if the bands would just cooperate everything
would be great.  20 was quite good, 40 wasn't really good at all and 80 was
either too noisy or underpopulated.  Maybe next week?
