Comments:

Curious propagation tonight.  On 15 and 20, signals just popped out of the noise
to S9+, then faded away.  Something like meteor scatter.  Heard a bunch of
stations on 15m just before the start and snagged a few.  Heard many east
coasters on 80 but couldn't put them in the log.
