Comments:

Ugh!  For me, these were bad band conditions.

Again for me, signal strengths down, QSO count down, score down, and frustration
was up. I heard 1 QRP station but did not work him-He was S&P like me. I
worked only 1 station who was using (reporting) under 100 watts.
