Comments:

Thanks for the rule change that allows entry for remote operation outside of the
Commonwealth Call Area of the station.  I had to submit a checklog last year.

2018: 115 Qs, 1795 pts, 7.5 hrs
2019: 276 Qs, 3080 pts, 16.5 hrs

2.4x the Qs from 2018
1.7x the pts from 2018
2.2x the time from 2018

Only managed 1 QSO on 15m (ZF2CA) despite checking the band fairly often and
QSYing several times upon request.  The only other station I heard on 15m was
V31GX.

As expected, given condx, the bands shut down early and just didn't seem like
the really opened.  I found the low bands noisy, but that's to be expected with
a vertical and no separate RX antennas.
