Comments:

A very weird contest on the SSB side.  Hardly any Russians in the Russian DX
contest on SSB.  If its going to be a dual mode contest, there should be more
activity on SSB.  Otherwise just make it a CW contest.

Conditions obviously poor.  But activity on SSB was MUCH poorer than the
conditions.
