Comments:

Always a vicious plot to ruin St. Patrick's Day in the NYC Metro Area. Plans
were to find a few hours to participate in BARTG before heading out to drown a
few shamrocks, etc.  But band conditions on 40 and 20 were absolutely abysmal -
only KH6 on 40 and a few EU stations on 20 complaining there were hearing
nothing through the rain static.  I gave up until late Sunday evening. Spent a
total of less than 2 hours total. But Saturday was a great day for the Parade in
NYC......
