Comments:

Usually I begin on 20m and then, halfway through, switch to 40m. This time I
tried the reverse and was surprised at the activity on 40m. Good decision! I
even had a short run that was profitable. Halfway I switched to 20m (Bad
decision with my lame vertical) but could only pick up a few. Wasted 15-20
minutes on 20m. Switched back to 40m and heard the same stations I worked
earlier. Added only a few more. Not helped by soggy band conditions, thanks to
El Sol.
