Comments:

Odd little contest.  Europe stayed open much of the time.  JA, SA, and the
Pacific Rim, nada.  Dead as a doornail.  The usual 15M afternoon opening and
morning 40M openings just didn't happen.  Very few locals showed up to play. 
The Dx contests are usually a 30-35 qso an hour rate from my station.  This test
was 24.  Very slow slog.  EU was a life saver.  If I could hear them, I could
work them.  Very, very odd contest.
