Comments:

Awesome weekend behind me! First of all I want to big thanks to Andy N2NT for
the opportunity to use his station for WPX CW contest. It was perfect
"university" from several points of view. I used for the first time
the Spectrum Display Window in N1MM logging SW and especially using of two
keyboards for SO2R. It made for me one level step up in operating efficiency.
During the contest I felt like on WRTC: I was nervous because I wanted to take
advantage of this unique opportunity to the maximum. On the chair beside me was
sometimes sitting and listening one of the best contest operators in the world,
exactly as referee: no word, just food and drink offers - of course, I was
unassisted :-). And quite different station than I am used to...
The CONDX were quite good - I made sevral EU stations on 10m and bunch of them
also on 15m. The "disaster" for me were intensive static crashes for
many hours on all bands incl. 15m because of several thunderstorms passing
nearby. SCP helps with callsigns but nothing helps with serial numbers... So I
had to ask for repeat really many times.
Thanks to all for calling me and to John and his wife for hospitality!
