Comments:

Lots of trouble with amp (2K-FA) on 40 this morning; it finally stopped chirping
when I QRP'd to 600w. At 900w I was also getting some crosshatching on the
computer monitor --- some kind of RF issue only a problem on 40. Amp with its
ATU does beautifully on 20 (SWR 1.05 or so) and on 80 with an external Palstar
tuner.

Fooling with 40, I went late to 20 and had only 12 QSOs there, but most were
European. Always nice to make contact with them!
