Comments:

Slightly late due to a swimming pool 
and shopping tour combo... 7 MHz was 
already practically closed at 1700Z, 
with a small ripple in the ionosphere 
toward the Ukraine and ON/PA... This 
is probably how traffic sounds on a 
planet without an ionosphere (missing 
atmosphere)... At CWT-start it was 
worse, and not much better on 3.5 MHz 
with industrial QRN added. The slow 
QSB gets some emphasis when signals 
need to pass the QRN-threshold. Worked 
Helga/IN3FHE on the last minute in 
borderline conditions, and then it 
seemed like the equipment died... 
I am not superstitious, regarding 
the 13th, and it is not Friday!!
