Comments:

This was 24 hours of hard work. After a good start on 40 meters, it was a real
slog. I can't say that this was a lot of fun and it was the lowest score I've
produced in a very long time. When it was open, 20 meters was lackluster with
weak signals and 40 meters was not much better. And on 80 meters, a high noise
level was the order of the day or night. I noted that many of the West Coast
scores were not all that high either. I can't say that I enjoyed this contest
all that much and I can't wait for a few sunspots to come our way!
