Comments:

Less than three weeks since receiving a new knee so didn't want so spend long
hours in the chair.  Single band 40 seemed like a reasonable approach as I broke
it down into 4 sessions each about 90 minutes long.  It took about that long to
do a slow tune of the whole band.
