Comments:

40m nearly dead to me at 0300Z.  No sigs, much noise.  Finally got a vy faint
response from W8JD in AZ.  Confirmed contact but his sigs were 329 at best.  Not
sure if QCX user.  One of these days 40M will be open or I will have a nice
kit-built multi-band rig from (somewhere) so I can select better condx.  Great
fun!!
