Very weak PSK63 signals in the morning.
No signal available at night - guess most were on RTTY.
Conditions on 20M were sad.  I think a lot of PSK63 I heard 
were low power stations.  The rules said mode was PSK31 but only
BPSK63 was decoded on the digital mode.
