Comments:

When I got to the hilltop and stepped outside, I noticed cold temps and high
winds, two things that make propagation difficult. I was surprised to see
Mayflies still getting in the van so late in the year. Much shorter best DX than
usual for 50 elements worth of antenna--guess I was in a bad spot in the cold
front, but at least I avoided the rain predicted for the Catskills and Poconos.
