Comments:

Lots of fun chasing AD4EB (28 Q's), N0I (21 Q's), NU0Q (11 Q's), and N9JF (6
Q's) around the state along with all of the other rovers and fixed stations in
Illinois.  Not a peep on 20 so it was nice to see the activity on 80, even with
all the QRN.  Picked up two new counties but still need to get Perry to complete
