Comments:

Decided to do only 40 meters for this contest to keep my daylight hours open for
other things. Total search-n-pounce casual op mode since I only have a inverted
V up.  Surprising how well it works, VP6R 1 call and new for me 4X, A44 and A73
on 40. Did not hear any KL7 or JA this time. Also surprising is how many USA
stations I heard out of band working DX i.e W4 at 7090 KHz.  Looking forward to
getting a 40 meter yagi in the air for the next time around. 73 to all!  Dave
