K3 / Optibeam / 80m "V" / 160m "L"

Again demonstrates WSJT as excellent SW poorly implemented neither sequencing,
nor halting work properly independent of poor interrupt handling and poor
decoding.  Not nearly ready for prime-time.  Pray for JTDX to implement FT4 and
contest mode by next Digi WW contest

N1MM had its own quirks with not able to log Qs with corrected grids or ZZ00
grids.

Great first pass at this new contest.  Still CW is king.
