Comments:

Hard to believe the A index was only 10; it seemed more like 100.  These were
easily the worst band conditions I can remember for a mini-CWT since I started
entering them a year ago.  20m was virtually dead; 40 was so noisy, with the
usual booming stations on 40m (ie AA3B) uncopyable.  It was a whole new
experience.
