Comments:

Started back at the gym after almost 18 months away. Pretty tired, sore, and
weak and I just went through the motions with no weights on the new machines. 
Only swam 6 laps. I will have to watch my exhaustion.  

Worked on figuring out the Titanex vertical parts.  Metric tubes and German
instructions.  My helper a year ago neatly put them on saw horses after I had
laid them out for assembly and they got shuffled.

This was a hard CWT. Signals were generally 559 on 40 meters.  Of course, the
SteppIR did not work and I could have used more signal.  S&P for the
stronger guys for the first 30 minutes, then some CQing.  Went to 20 for the
last 12 minutes.  Very few new guys, but a couple Europeans made it in the log. 
For the most part the band was quiet.  Never got a run going.
