Comments:

Due to rain 12 minutes late, now on the 
Westward down-slope of the city quarter. 
Conditions were partly reversed from the 
1300Z session and the Ukraine was now 
booming in! DL was strong, USA was weak. 
A fair number of answers on my CQ CWT 
from the European SnP... Planned first 
to skip 7 MHz due to wet circumstances 
but band sounded good, so I installed 
the extension wire running down the 
slope to get my last 5 minutes. Six 
stations on the lower band, tnx. Now 
the downpour started and the wait to 
collect the wire from the bushes...
