Comments:

92 days, two dozen phone calls, P.U.C. complaint, FCC complaint, and the utility
finally shows up.  Took them less than 30 minutes to find an arcing lightning
suppressor on the pole I've been telling them was the problem the whole time.  I
guess the moral of the story is "Never give up".  Good to hear
everyone again.  I think I may need some retraining.
