Comments:

I was originally going to attempt an all-band effort, but there seemed to be a
low-band wall to Europe (others reported the same). I could barely hear, let
alone work, SAC stations of 40/80m. With no 15m propagation, this became a 20m
only contest for me.

20m was decent and almost every station I could hear was workable. I was VERY
impressed by the SAC station's ears -- many times the station was just a barely
copyable whisper here and they would pull me out no problem! Well done!

The band took a sharp dive just after 1700z with the last station worked being
OH1VR at 17:46.
