Comments:

Solar X-ray flux up to the A3-level since 
a long time, but it does not seem to help 
for the skip distance. On 14 MHz Bob I2WIJ 
the only signal during the first 7 minutes. 

Calling CQ on 7 MHz and empty 3.5 MHz. Nil 
response. Back on 20 m not much improvement 
in half an hour. Time to write this report. 
F6HKA and G4RCG heard for a short moment 
at short peaks of QSB... 9A7R No.10 1340Z.
Giving up TX... SWL session for the tail...
