Comments:

Conditions were much worse on 20 than last year.  Opening to BY was limited on
20m and signals were extremely weak except for 2 or 3 stations.  On 40m the
Indonesian SSB pirates have devastated the CW band and again it was hard for the
BY stations to hear.  Many BY stations were CQing underneath CQMM contesters. 
CQMM creates a significant conflict.  Hopefully future years will see better
propagation for this contest, which is a real challenge.
