Comments:

A disappointing morning. Started with a great run but got bumped from my freq
and went to S&P for bit ... then made the mistake of going to 20, But it was
a lot of fun.  Lesson to self: don't start a run at the lower end of band late
in the sprint because people seem to start low and work up toward the high end.
