Comments:

Bad weather, bad conditions, and low participation made this another challenging
week.  The highlight was testing out a new operating location in EM54 that
should serve me well for future roves.

I'm going to attempt to be QRV for the first time on 1296 for next weekend's
Microwave Sprint.
