Comments:
We are RTTY lovers, and with the RO team all in their homes, this seemed the
logical contest to provide some weekend semi serious remote op distraction and
competition. Not a regular contest here in North W6.
We had some IT difficulty coming into this early on.. took us a couple hours to
sort out keeping internet link stable with several operators connected
simultaneously, as well as in shack N1MM issues causing some problems with M/M
networking that I suspect may be a result of some UDP/Netbios changes recently
introduced by the authors. good contest to iron this stuff out however.. once
we got started it was a steady and relatively stable run.
Participation was decent, decent EU worked on 20 and 40 meters including evening
DP polar opening to Russia on 20. Decent JA participation put a good number in
the log on 20-80m.. always good to have JA as its just not possible to put EU
volume in the log from W6 as comparted to farther east in USA.
