Comments:

Enjoyed hearing some old friends from up where I used to reside.  Propagation
wasn't really favorable for the distance here in NC to MDC area for most of the
event period.
Small gripe is stations with #3 in callsign if CQ'ing and not in MD or DC use
portable designation or mention your state.
