SOAPBOX: Poor band conditions.  15m not open, and 20m only partly open.

SOAPBOX: QTC is so frustrating as a little station, cuz the big guys always 
SOAPBOX: win the pileup, and then monopolize the EU station for 10 QTCs. 
SOAPBOX: It is very hard for a little station to get even one QSO.
