Comments:

At start of CWT the SO2R Mini lost connection to port assigned to it. Virtual
port assignments were lost. Reinstalled software. Reset the SO2R Mini physical
port. Restarted N1MM and finally worked okay after losing 8 mins. Good learning
experience ;-)
