Comments:

well that was one of the strangest CWTs ever.  40m was really broken.  Very weak
signals.  A W0 came on right before start on my freq and couldn't hear me at
all.  Haven't seen 40 that bad in as long as I can remember.   80, on the other
hand, was pretty good.   Also, I had a growler chasing me on 40m.  Moved up, and
it followed.  Finally moved down.   But really, what was up with 40m??
