Comments:

Participation seemed low.  Never found anyone outside the first (lowest)
sub-band.  That didn't seem to be a problem this time as congestion wasn't too
bad.  360 logs received as of 5 hours after the contest.

Very few instances of the unnecessary "third ACK" (sending '73' in
reply to the final 'RR73').  Will be interesting to see if the NIL rate drops
from the normally high ~5% for FT contests.

Surprising number of stations sending the SNR exchange, rather than the Roundup
exchange, up in the xx.090 FT8 sub-bands.  In the 14.080 FT4 sub-band it is
understandable because it gets daily use, but up at 090 was weird.

Get your logs in before next weekend's 10-Meter Contest, lest you forget the
Sunday deadline.
