Comments:

I keep trying to make QSOs and 15 and 20 meters - I should know better by now. 
As soon as the snow melts off my roof, I have to take down my inverted-L and
replace it with a simple half-wave dipole for 20 meters - that HAS to work
better than the high band 'dummy load' I've been using for the last 7 months.

After that fiasco, 7 Mhz proved the old adage "There's no meters like 40
meters".
