Comments:

This is the first time I participated in this contest. I only operated on SSB.
Conditions were very poor during many hours of the contest. However, the
conditions were very good on Friday night. While working a stateside pileup, two
stations from Australia called and were logged. No stations from Europe our Asia
were heard, but did log a few stations from Africa and a number of stations from
South America and and the Caribbean. Worked 18 DXCC and 43 states/provices I
would like to thank one of the locals who was in the contest using the same
transceiver who helped save my voice by walking me through the procedures of
doing a pre-recorded CQ Contest message.  Which I had done this a long time
ago.
Equipment: IC-7300, PW-1, and a K4KIO Hex Beam.
