Comments:

Nice to see 10 partially open.  It was frustrating to hear SA and VK/ZL stations
running NA so often when we could not hear the NA stations.  They were also
working  JAs. I did not hear a single JA.  That's the nature of propagation on
10 which makes it interesting.  Lots of fun which will get better over the next
few years.  Thanks for the Qs.  Kent
