Comments:

I had pretty good timing.  I saw a 10 min rate of 127 and it felt easy and
natural so I am getting better (my typing had it typos tonight, ha!).  Good fun,
did a Run the whole hour.  This morning a tried to break 100 in S&P until I
just had to Run but being able to Run fast is good practice too.
