Comments:

This form is confusing. I have assumed that the column labeled QSOs should
really be labeled QSO points. In my case I had 3 QSOs in my country. At 10
points each this is 30pts and this is the number I have entered.

Also, 
Are we supposed to submit logs somewhere?
