Comments:

Again, hard to figure out about starting on 40 or 80.  SteppIR did not work on
40 so chose 80.  0315Z had 40 QSOs; 0319 had 50 QSOs, 0330 had 80 QSOs. 
Sometimes 3 - 4 calling, but they would not stop when I got a partial call.
Generally stayed with the partial call.  When will people learn?  Reached 100
QSOs at 0337Z so was a bit ahead of normal.   There were plenty to work and left
quite a few on the table. Some were weak, but stayed with them.
