Comments:

The bands were tough, skip was long. 
Ina/IN3FHE had the best signal tonight 
on 7 MHz, but the 'stars' were not in 
the right position. Did not get any 
answers on my CQ CWT. The lower band 
was very noisy. Some stations really 
hear well, others plagued possibly by
