Comments:
This is the best way to spend a winter weekend! In the K3LR Ham radio shack with
a bunch of good CW radio friends! Another close race for the top USA Multi Multi
stations in the ARRL DX CW contest! Congrats to all of the CW Multi Multi teams
and especially to the W3LPL team for their continuous scores at the very top.
Year after year top performance is really hard to accomplish. Frank and his team
have done this with every outing. The gang at NR4M is getting better every time!
The contestmen here at K3LR really pushed hard and made the most of the radio
conditions. We are looking forward to sunspots again in a few years! I am very
proud to host this special group of CW radio friends. My sincere thanks to the
CW operators who made the trip to K3LR to have fun on the radio. VE3RA from
Toronto Canada, N2NC and W2RQ from New Jersey. K4RO and WF7T from Tennessee,
N2NL from Alabama, KL9A from Montana, K1DG from New Hampshire and K3UA, N3SD and
N3GJ from Pittsburgh. As always, thanks to my good friend Dave, W9PA who put in
tons of hours working on many IT projects here at K3LR to get us ready and keep
us going. Thanks for all of your help and inspiration Dave! Thanks to TV Bob,
N6TV for his scripts and custom help for the team. Also thanks to Greg, W8WWV
for his help on several projects that continue to improve our station
capabilities and to Tim, W3YQ for repairs and improvements during December and
January which made a significant difference in our operation.
