Comments:

Looked first at 160 (zip); 80 was good. Problems on 40 -- couldn't get over
about 650w out of the 2K-FA without it protesting with internal chirps or
squeaks and only made 5 QSOs there. The vertical and everything work great on
20, full 1500w.

I think the weather (cold, rain, ice) and the recent removal of three trees that
had supported radials may have something to do with this. Roof-mounted vertical
on a 2-story house, so I will have to tolerate it until decent weather.
