Club: Yankee Clipper Contest Club

Comments:

A week before the contest, my beam stopped turning reliably.  While I did
troubleshoot from the ground, wx and other commitments kept me from getting to
the top of the tower.  I managed to park the beam NE.  I was not planning on
doing a big effort with limited antennas. I was surprised on how well I did
although I missed a LOT of easy multipliers in Asia and South America. The
unexpected 10M openings kept me interested. Sorry to any callers I couldn't pull
out off the side of the beam!
